Portfolio Recovery Associates. Debt collecter and very shady. They have 100's of numbers they call you from and never leave a message.

caller ID says that the call is from Rutgers but there is no number that I can see from that screen unless I go into the missed call log AFTER THE CALL - I can see the number there.this could possibly be a scam since anyone/any company can register caller ID to read Rutgers so beware. I did not answer the call and there was no voicemail.

Christmas Day 2019. Text rec'd from 819-513-1197 telling me my Netflix profile was on hold, to click on provided link to correct. Did not click on link. Assumed spam or virus.

Caller was not on my phones contact list so I did not answer - no message left so I blocked the number...

Received a text message from this number that said "Congrats Christine! Your code UDWE-OYS printed on your last receipt is among 7 we randomly picked for $1000 Walmart gift card promotion and then gave a link that begins with p8xvr.info.

Called, I answered - no one on the other end. Hung up. They called back, I didn't answer - they left no message. Suspect spam call.

A man called asked for someone who's out offered to assist them due to that person being gone for a long period of time. FYI they did not use their correct name but their Alias which we have established for spam detection. He did not want assistance said they'd call later (assumed when this person returned in few weeks) no message left. Within 6 hours same number called this time a woman different spiel asking for a person in charge of phone lines told her don't we don't transfer unless you have a name. She then magically had a name! She used the name the man used told them there is no person with that name here and I ended the call. Spam don't waste your time, has no respect for your time! I told them they aren't here and aren't going to be here for quite some time on the first call. Very rude they interrupt my day with another call during my busy work day after establishing they aren't going to magically reappear in a few hours. Obviously did not believe me so don't waste your breath with these people. Not sure what service google didn't show much hope this helps others

Scam call. Funny now scammers from Canada calling.

Been calling every day for weeks now. I decided to call the number to see if it was a non-working number. A woman answered and she already knew my name because I did not block my number. She started in with her baloney about an online degree transfer. I am a student. I cut her short by asking her "Why have you been calling me every day for weeks now" and she then hung up on me. These people need to get what is coming to them.

Have gotten many calls from this number the last few weeks. No message. Anyone know who it is?

Recorded voice advising me my Social insurance # has been compromised and press 1. I hung up.

It’s robocaller

Same thing here , they ask me to press number 1 , i did but the guy hang out this others number: 514-375-1485 514-764-6815 514-529-6497 514-476-9333

It is a computerized voice that says, “ Hello This call is from Department of Social Security Administration the reason you have received this phone call from our department is to inform you that there is a legal enforcement actions filed on your social security number for fraudulent activities so when you get this message kindly call back at the earliest possible on our number before we begin with the legal proceedings that is 443-221-4566 I repeat 443-221-4566 thank you.”

Another weird Vermont number calling my cell phone - obviously a robocall - periodically I answer and no one is there - something seriously should be done about this - these robocalls are rivaling my real calls!

For the 1000th time. There is no Michael associated with my phone number. I have had this number for 10+ years. I have reported your number as harassment. I’ve notified the local BBB as well as sheriffs office.You are stalking and harassing me, STOP NOW

This is Dun & Bradstreet cold calling. Repeated calls around same time in the afternoon. No message. Contacting company to be removed is interesting at best. Doesn't inpire the confidence you'd need to become a customer of a finance, risk management consultant organization. Truly, I hoped it was a fraudulent call using what used to be a serious firm's name/number. It wasn't. It's cold sales calls in the worst way possible: No ID, no message, etc.

Received a text claiming to be DHL and to adjust delivery etc.. there was a link in the text, I obviously didn’t open.
