The call I got mentioned an auto warranty offer when I don't even have a car. The company also is listed as a telemarketing company based on this site. Most likely a scam. I don't know if they would change their offer tactics between other callers. I just know for me they tried to offer a car warranty without me having a car. No name or designation provided. They only wanted a call back.

He's stalking me to such an extreme extent that I received a call from this number just a couple minutes after I transferred facetime to my computer (which temporarily unblocked calls for a couple minutes). And this was a month after I first blocked him, so he had to have been calling me nonstop since early July to make it through two minutes of being unblocked. I'm not the paranoid type, but this creeped me out enough to search for similar complaints. Assuming it was spam, I did a reverse search to discover it's actually a real person who lives in West Virginia - a criminal who has been arrested at least 5 times (2012, 2015, twice in 2016, and 2019) for building meth labs and abusing a toddler (https://www.newsandsentinel.com/news/local-news/2017/08/parkersburg-mother-receives-prison-sentence-in-toddlers-overdose/). I don't understand why he's calling me or what is going on in his head, because I am a boring person who lives across the country. I've never met him. We have no friends in common. It's very creepy. I'm really hoping a spammer got ahold of his phone number after he went to prison.

This is scary stuff. Reported to the police. When you call it back you get someone from spectrum. Possibly an installer from her cable. Investigating now.
