Also no refund recovery should cost you any money when you have free services that will get you the same results as paying someone or getting it deducted from the refund. There are apparently a whole series of phone numbers that they are using. I have received 5 calls in the past hour from different numbers in this exchange. the message they left is a recorded message to call back at a 800 number. apparently scammers

Mohan Chen called me from this number on October 18 at 6pm to tell me that he murdered my cat and ate it. This is the fifth number that has called me to harass me in response to my missing cat posters. He called me repeatedly until I told him the RCMP had his number and that he would be charged with harassment.

A young person called me and my partner from this phone number on Thursday October 15 and I did not answer. They repeatedly called me on Saturday evening (October 17) around 11:30pm until I answered. They informed me that they found my cat (in response to my missing cat posters). They then told me that they decapitated my cat and put it in my freezer. They called me and my partner repeatedly to tell me they killed our cat, that our cat was dead, amongst other threats.

Call from this number came in at 630 AM. Thought it might be work related and answered. Just a recorded message "Have a nice day" in a computer generated voice. Annoying.
